The flowers they use are fresh and stored under refrigeration to ensure their longevity on your table.

We stand by every bouquet sold. If the delivered flowers are damaged, wilted or in any other way substandard, then READY FLOWERS will replace those flowers with an equivalent or better arrangement.

So that we can properly address your concerns about the flowers or gifts we have delivered for you, please email us a photo of the product to customer.service@readyflowers.com within 24 hours of it being received.
