Delivery Policy
Flower Orders
Ready Flowers takes responsibility for delivering your fresh flower order within the following prescribed times:
| | Monday to Friday: | Orders received prior to 1pm, in the recipients time zone, will be scheduled for same day delivery. |
| | Saturday: | Orders received prior to 10am, in the recipients time zone, will be scheduled for same day delivery. |
| | Sunday: | We do not deliver flowers on Sundays (except Valentine's Days and Mother's Day. 10am cut off time applies for these days). |
| | Public Holidays: | We do not deliver flowers on Public Holidays scheduled in the recipients time zone. |
All other orders will be scheduled for delivery on the next business day. Deliveries to business addresses are scheduled before 5pm. Deliveries to homes can be made before, during or after business hours by arrangement. Please make of use the Special Instructions to communicate your requirements.
Special arrangements can be made for urgent and high priority orders at an additional price. Please make use of the “Special Instructions” field to communicate your requirements.
The standard delivery fee for deliveries to major population centres in New Zealand is fixed at $12.95 by our network of florists and is added to your order at the checkout. The Standard Delivery fee is applied to all orders but may be adjusted with your permission, to accommodate remote towns, mine sites and difficult to reach locations. If an additional delivery charge is required, our call centre personnel will phone you for permission before proceeding with your order.
Gift baskets and flower orders containing alcohol may only be purchased by persons aged 18 years or over. Ready Flowers reserves the right to reject orders with appropriate proof of age.
Ready Flowers Limited outsources your order to local florists in your region to prepare arrangements of flowers according to the bill-of-materials associated with each bouquet displayed on this web site. The local florist may elect to deliver those flowers using their own drivers or sub-contract the delivery out to a 3rd party courier company.
All orders received by the prescribed times above will be delivered on a “best efforts” basis. Delays due to heavy traffic, bad weather, fuel strikes and any other unforeseen event will prevent us from delivering in the prescribed time.
All bouquets are prepared fresh and delivered in appropriate climate controlled delivery vehicles. Ready Flowers recommends that all flowers be transferred to a cool site out of direct sunlight and prevailing winds to prolong the life of the flowers.
All care is taken in the handling and delivery of flowers. In the event that the arrangement is damaged in transit then Ready Flowers will arrange with the appropriate local florist for their replacement.
Chocolate bouquets – New Zealand
Auckland Metro up to 25 km from CBD Must order by 1.00pm for same day delivery in Auckland (Monday to Friday).Saturday deliveries Must order by 5pm on Friday.
North Island Allow at least 2 working days for delivery (Monday to Friday). Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays: We do not deliver on these days. All deliveries will be before or after the requested date.
South Island: Allow 4 working days for delivery (Monday to Friday). Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays: We do not deliver on these days. All deliveries will be before or after the requested date.
Please note: Chocolate bouquets can not be delivered with flowers due to delivery restrictions.

New Baby Gifts – New Zealand
Orders must be received by 04:00PM prior to your delivery date to ensure next day delivery. Deliveries are made Monday-Friday between 9:00am and 5:00pm only. Orders received on the weekend will be dispatched on Monday for delivery on Tuesday. All orders are dispatched from Auckland with an overnight courier service for next business day delivery. Gift baskets can not be delivered with flowers due to delivery restrictions.

Cancellations If you wish to cancel your order more than 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery date, a $15.00 cancellation fee will apply. If you wish to cancel your order less than 24 hours from the scheduled delivery date, your order will attract a 50% cancellation fee. Unfortunately orders that have already been prepared and/or scheduled for delivery cannot be cancelled.
